How to Prepare / What You Need

How to Prepare for Your Space Sessions

  • Find a Quiet Space: Choose a calm, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Dim the lights, light a candle, or do whatever helps create a sacred atmosphere.
  • Set the Mood: Have your favorite blanket, cushion, or chair ready to help you fully relax.
  • Bring Your Essentials:
    • A journal and pen for reflections afterward.
    • A glass of water or herbal tea to stay hydrated.
    • Any crystals, oils, incense, sage, or energy sprays that feel good to have nearby.
  • Dress Comfortably: Wear something soft and cozy to help you feel at ease.
  • Prepare Your Device: Ensure your device is charged, and test your Zoom link ahead of time for a seamless connection. Headphones can enhance your experience.
  • Arrive a Few Minutes Early: Use this time to settle in, take some deep breaths, and set your intention for the session.
  • Eliminate Distractions: Turn off notifications and any tv's and radios in the room with you, and let those around you know you’ll need uninterrupted time.

Let this be your time to fully sink in and receive.
